Billy Blue is a costume and hair/makeup designer from central Illinois.  He recently graduated from Illinois State University with a Master of Fine Arts in Costume Design. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Studies.   costume construction, costume crafts construction and stage makeup application.  Billy designs for theatre, dance, drag and burlesque.

Billy is also a drag artist, who goes by the name of Misty Midler Sharealike.  Misty is an eclectic performer on stage who enjoys high energy dance numbers and powerful theatre ballads.   

 

Billy is passionate about education and the importance of fostering the next generation of theatre artists.  His passion for developing relationships with people remain the driving force behind his work in every way.
