Billy Blue is a costume and hair/makeup designer for theatre, film and drag. he holds a masters degree in costume design from Illinois State University and a bachelor's degree in theatre studies and research from Illinois State University.

Billy is also a drag artist, who goes by the name of Misty Midler Sharealike. Misty is an eclectic performer on stage who enjoys high energy dance numbers and powerful theatre ballads.
Billy is passionate about education and the importance of fostering the next generation of theatre artists. His passion for developing relationships with people remain the driving force behind his work in every way.
